OUR MISSION
Our mission is to support and empower young people and creatives offering pathways into the music, media, and creative industries. Designed and delivered by industry professionals, our programmes will up skill participants to industry standards aiding them to secure employment or start a business and we will provide on-going support and guidance throughout this journey. We will also provide creative spaces to creatives, brands and local communities, enabling access to facilities and equipment to aid their projects and campaigns.
WHY
There is a growing number of creatives emerging across various forms of media however access to pathways is limited which can leave many aspiring creatives feeling lost and unsure of how to attain their desired careers. These pathways should be accessible to everybody with the passion, desire and skill no matter their background, ethnicity or circumstances and we aim to make this possible.

Including photography/film, music recording and podcast studios offering communities and participants the space to be creative without the financial burden of studio hire costs.

Founder & Co-Director
Alexandros Sarafis, an artist and creative has gained a reputation for building communities. He has over 7 years of industry experience working globally within media with the likes of Kendrick Lamar, DJ Khaled, Fenty, Roc Nation, Sony Music and many more. He is also the CEO of Mavro Worldwide Studios, a creative hub located in London. He is dedicated to creating opportunities and making positive differences.
JULIAN AMOAKO
Co-Director
Julian Amoako is a professional photographer with over 10 years experience shooting across the world and has been featured in the Oreofe Gallery. His friendly nature and great people skills combined with his industry expertise makes in a valuable asset to the team.
WIZZY WOW
Programme Lead
2x Grammy Nominated Music Producer & Artist Wizzy Wow, heads our music & arts programmes. His career in music has seen him work with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Estelle, Big Sean, Adidas & Olympics (2012). He has also created paintings and custom clothing for the likes of Wretch 32, Central Cee and Stormzy.
He has a deep passion for inspiring and aiding the next generation of creators. With over 20+ years of industry experience, he has a lot to offer our programmes not just in terms of practical skills but how to navigate the arts industry.
